5 college freshmans rent a house by the beach to party and cope with the sexual and emotional
changes after highschool.

Thinking the neighbours (Arturo, Faye) they are house painting for are lesbians, Stifler (Scott)
goes into the house to find proof while the girls are out. Jim (Biggs) and Finch (Thomas) chase
after him but before they can get out, the girls come back and they must hide in the closet. Giggling from
their hiding spot, they are discovered and are about to be reported until the girls decide to play
a little joke with the guys. They'll do stuff to each other, if the guys will do the same first.
The requests escalate to the point Jim and Finch can take no more, leaving Stifler complaining he is the
one always taking the risks, which is invariably true.
This time around, Biggs is not alone in the embarrassment he must endure, which is a welcome change from
the first movie. Surprisingly, the writers were able to duplicate the comedic, mass-broadcasting of
the first film with a completely new, yet plausible device: the personal CB radios, whose frequencies were
picked up by other electronic and radio equipment during the lesbian love scene.
