Spurned by the memories of a past love, Connor (Lambert) can no longer
deny his feelings for Alex Johnson (Unger) who looks like his long-dead
lover Sarah. In the highlands and back where he belongs, he is given
a brief spell of happiness as the two come together like ancient lovers
meeting again. Yet their love doesn't quite make sense. We know why
Connor loves her, but why does she love him? Is it because of his
dark and mysterious ways as an ancient mortal? Nothing else seems to
qualify as a believeable answer.
