After spending long hours devoted to his research, Edward(Krause) has neglected his girlfriend Britt(Anderson).
Given some free time, he and Britt fall into each others arms making love by the fireplace. Meanwhile,
Longstreet(Warner) is accessing Edward's computer files and erasing certain parts, while editing others.
It would seem Longstreet has a greater purpose for Edward's research. There isn't anything special about
the clip, except it's a key scene that finally unfolds the plot.
