summary:
Near retirement age and pursuing a worker’s compensation suit for an injured knee, Sully (Paul Newman) works for Carl (Bruce Willis) secretly and all the while flirts with Carl’s wife Toby (Melanie Griffith). Things get difficult for Sully and are about to get even worse when his estranged son moves back to town and the banker’s son is trying to take his mother’s house for a land development deal.
