Stepping out of the shower, Commander Bowman (Moss) bumps into Gallagher (Kilmer) who
was unaware of her presence. While she acts non-chalant, he stays transfixed to her
nude form. Bowman suggests he treat her like a sister, but he remarks non of his
sisters look anything like her. Kilmer does his best to look surprised, but he doesn't
convincingly seem too interested. What IS more intriguing is the time-honoured use
of strategically-placed obstacles and camera angles to hide the nudity. The mist in the
shower is just right, and Moss' body position is just right, as if to tease, but not go
all the way. After a while, this becomes a tiresome technique.
