Isabel (Kidman) is experiencing a dream where she turly sees herself as a puppet controlled by Osmond(Malkovich).
What's interesting is the nudity. Isabel (Kidman) sees herself nude because of her vunerability and weakness. The
loss of clothing represents her last line of defence against Osmond. With that gone, he encircles his arm around her
as a sign of the grip he has. A fairly worthless use of metaphors.
