One of the criticisms about Crowe's rendition of Open Your Eyes
is that it is too similar to the original movie to the point where many
argued it was unnecessary considering the original came out only a few years earlier.
This scene mimics the scene from the original film,
supporting the critical argument. Additionally, for many fans of Cruz' nude work, this new film offered
much less and is considered quite disappointing. Whether you are a fan of Cruz or a simply a film buff,
you may be better off watching the original first if you've seen neither yet.
